WRONG STUFF: EVIL! SATAN! THE DEVIL!
Logic-No medicine can treat rapid rise in SUGAR that occurs with SIMPLE CARBOHYDRATES below; avoiding these foods will also help decrease weight:
CANDIES, COOKIES, CAKE, ICE-CREAM, PIES, SWEET SODAS, and JUICES!
“SUGAR-FREE WRONG STUFF or NO SUGAR ADDED WRONG STUFF that have more than 60 calories preserving (SUGAR-FREE ICE-CREAM, NO SUGAR ADDED MUFFINS, ETC.”
AVOID WATERY FRUITS such as WATER MELON, HONEY DEW, ORANGES, and CANTALOUPE.
GOOD STUFF: ANGELIC, DIVINE, HEAVENLY
Logic: Meds we have CAN deal with slower rise in blood sugar with these complex carbohydrates in moderation: i.e. BREAD, RICE, POTATOES, CORN, etc.
Remember,
- always eat whole FRESH-FRUIT with each meal but not separate from meal
- small fruit like grapes, cherries, etc. must fit in palm of hand
- sugar-free/no sugar added means calories/serving = 1, 5, or 10
