Talk Therapy

Violent out bursts? Frequent arguments? Break or throw things to of frustration?

If you feel that you need to talk to someone, this might be for you. Ignore the stigma behind psychotherapy and get help. Seeking the advice from friends and relatives can be harmful. You need someone that’s subjective with real solutions.

If you’re between the ages of 18-55, and have the above issues, you may qualify for free talk therapy @ Temple University.

Goal: exam effectiveness of “talk therapy”.

Number of sessions:18 one-hour cognitive-behavioral or supportive therapy

If eligible for study, you will be assigned to a group and compensated for your time upon completion.
