An associate’s father is terminally ill and will soon need long-term care. His father recently wrote a convoluted Will, which leaves room for bickering between siblings. Not to mention, the state could take property if father’s assets  do not cover LTC expenses. If the father would have sold the home to his major care giver (youngest son) years earlier he could…

1) receive home services without fear of losing home

2) enter a  LTC facility without losing home

Another choice would be for all siblings to pitch in twenty to thirty per week and receive six hours of Home Care.
