Eggs, Spinach, and Garlic Breakfast for Dinner

I didn’t follow the directions fully from Savor the Food’s website, thus I received the same benefits. When I’m more organized I’ll try it again

Red Rooibos tea (high in antioxidants, a hypnotizing aroma, and great for inflammation)

Raw spinach with red romaine lettuce, & endive

Sautéed garlic w/ egg whites & organic vegan cheddar cheese (Tesse Vegan Cheese)

*I can’t have diary

7 grain Tuscan bread (baked w/flax & olive oil). There’s no need to use a spread .

Squash Soup with mushrooms, red, green, & yellow bell pepper
