2. if you’re confused about portions sizes and food pyramid.

E.g., Eat a hand full of cereal that’ll fits in a woman’s palm. Suppose you’re a large woman w/big hands? Suppose you’re transgender?  That statement is vague.

3. if he has you exercising 7 days/week

4. if he condemns all foods

I know a girl that’s 5′ 1″ and weighs 270 pounds. She has not shed an ounce in two years. She runs track five days a week and is on a gluten-free diet. Her trainer has told her that all wheat is genetically modified. That’s false. Besides, you can eat a gluten-free diet and still gain weight if you’re not careful. After talking to her, I found out that she was consuming too many carbs and didn’t know the difference between starch and non-starchy veggies.  Since soy, almond, rice, and coconut beverages range from 2-36 carbs, she has to learn to read labels. Last, eating 5-6 six fruits and veggies a day doesn’t mean eating  5 fruits and 6 veggies. It means eating a ratio of both. E.g, 2 fruits:3 veggies, 3 fruits: 3 veggies.
