Causes- Autoimmune diseases: Lupus, MS, uncontrolled Diabetes, HIV, cancer, damage to the nerve (e.g., broken ankle, a fall…)

What Helps- 1. Exercise (water aerobics, stretches, yoga…) diet (decrease salt/sugar/bad fats/processed food…intake)

2. Eat fresh fruits and produce, use herbs and spices to replace salt

3. Eat anti-inflammary foods (e.g., foods that are naturally red: red cabbage, beets, red lead lettuce, red potato w/ skin, beans, strawberries, apples, pears…)

4. Drink teas without caffeine (e.g., Hibiscus, rooibos, chamomile, ginger …)

5.  Wear shock absorbent walking shoes
