Before you add that app…

Do you really need to add an app for exercise, diet , or blood-pressure? Once you skip a day or two of exercise, eating balance meals, and bp elevates,  insurance companies will see it. They might increase your premium and mark you as a high risk customer. Don’t forget about life insurance companies and potential employers. People did fine before apps. Record your daily exercise, meal plan, and bp in a log book. If you go astray, start over. No one needs to know.
